Kansas State has landed its first transfer of the 2024 cycle. Former North Dakota offensive lineman Easton Kilty has committed to K-State.

The commitment from Kilty comes on the heels of an official visit in Manhattan. The Wisconsin native was one of three official visitors at Kansas State this weekend. Kilty was joined by high school running back De Von Rice, and Junior College defensive lineman Malcolm Alcorn-Crowder. Could there be more fireworks from the weekend of visitors? Stay tuned.

After losing four starting offensive linemen at the end of this season, it makes sense for K-State to add an older body with experience. This is why the high school class of offensive lineman for the Wildcats in the 2024 class is so large as well.

Kilty comes to the Little Apple with plenty of experience. The Wisconsin native has started in 35 career games for the Fighting Hawks in his career starting in every game since his redshirt freshman season in 2021. Also, an impressive note on Kilty is he started as a true freshman in the FCS playoffs in 2020.

Kansas State offensive line coach Conor Riley loves versatile offensive lineman. The junior offensive lineman is very, very versatile. He has started games at left guard, right guard and right tackle in his four seasons at North Dakota. Kilty was named Honorable Mention All-Missouri Valley.

This is a big transfer recruiting win for K-State. The offensive lineman was in high demand. He held offers from Texas A&M, Texas Tech, Arkansas, Oklahoma State, Auburn, Boston College, Mississippi State, NC State, Purdue, Virginia Tech, BYU, Iowa State, and Pitt.

Kilty will join the Wildcats with two seasons of eligibility remaining. He will have next season to play and if he chooses to comeback for a Super Senior season.
