Class of 2023 UK commit Reed Sheppard, who is considered a top 25 prospect in the country according to the On3 Consensus, was named to the First-Team and tabbed as the Boy’s Player of the Year, garnering 31 first-place votes. The North Laurel product received the most All-State and POY votes.
