The dual-threat quarterback told KSR after his June visit to Kentucky that he had planned to visit Lexington for the LSU game in October. It is unsure whether visits to other schools will continue after this commitment. Kentucky’s attention will now switch to Birmingham (Ala.) Briarwood Christian quarterback Christopher Vizzina. The 6-foot-4 pocket passer now appears to be the top target on Liam Coen’s recruiting board.
However, don’t be surprised if some more rising junior prospects start to emerge in the coming weeks. Kentucky is on the hunt to fix the quarterback position, and the best way to do that in college football is through high school recruiting.
