Hardy, the nation's top uncommitted senior, announced on Instagram Live early Monday that he would be deciding his future plans in "two weeks." https://twitter.com/highlevel000/status/1389072047356059649?s=20 Kentucky was once seen as the longtime favorite for the five-star guard dating back to 2019, but the professional route - the G League and numerous overseas professional teams are recruiting the dynamic scoring threat - has emerged as the likeliest option for Hardy for well over a year. UCLA has also emerged as a strong possibility among college options should Hardy turn down the pros. Hardy, a 6-foot-4 shooting guard out of Detroit, Michigan, is considered a consensus top-three prospect in the class of 2021, with ESPN and Rivals both listing Hardy as the No. 2 overall prospect in the class. “They say that their best shooters shoot the ball, and they see me as a shooter,” Hardy told KSR back in December of 2019. “They think I can come in there and make an impact right away. ... Kentucky is recruiting me really hard." Will the anticipated additions of Orlando Antigua and Chin Coleman to the UK coaching staff be enough to push Kentucky back into the thick of things for Hardy in the next two weeks? Or is the nation's best shooter and pure scorer a lock for the G League? While we wait for a decision, check out some of his most recent highlights: https://youtu.be/uIYBFhl1qVc
