Hardy, a 5-star combo guard from the class of 2021, will announce his commitment on Saturday, May 15, according to Tipton Edits. Ranked as a top-three player in the country, Hardy is down to Kentucky, Oregon, UCLA, or the G League option. https://twitter.com/TiptonEdits/status/1390146998049853442 Kentucky was once seen as the longtime favorite for the five-star guard dating back to 2019, but the professional route – the G League and numerous overseas professional teams are recruiting the dynamic scoring threat – has emerged as the likeliest option for Hardy for well over a year. UCLA has also emerged as a strong possibility among college options should Hardy turn down the pros. Hardy's announcement will come on the same day as another 2021 5-star guard, TyTy Washington, who posted to Twitter on Tuesday that he will also decide on May 15. A point guard from Arizona, the 6-foot-3 Washington is down to Kentucky, Arizona, Baylor, Kansas, LSU, and Oregon. Mark your calendars...
