Another Kentucky Baseball Game Canceled

Well, this is a bummer. Mother Nature is not cooperating with the Bat Cats. For the second straight week, the Kentucky baseball midweek game has been canceled by inclement weather.

UK Athletics announced the Tuesday night matchup with Wright State at Kentucky Proud Park has been canceled. It’s a week after a road trip to Xavier was called off due to thunderstorms in the forecast.

Fans who purchased tickets through Ticketmaster can reach out to them for a potential refund.

You will not find the Kentucky baseball team in action on Tuesday night, but there will be three games this weekend at Kentucky Proud Park. New temporary bleachers have been installed to make room for additional fans ahead of postseason play.

The first pitch between Kentucky and Vanderbilt is scheduled for Thursday at 6:30 pm EST. The Bat Cats will also play on Friday night and Saturday afternoon. Get in there, BBN.
