Arafan Diane is going to be visiting Kentucky earlier than expected. The 2026 four-star center has moved up his Kentucky official visit to Sept. 12-14, he tells KSR+.

The 7-foot, 280-pound center from Iowa United Prep (Montreal, QC) was originally set to visit Arkansas from Sept. 12-14 and Kentucky from Sept. 26-27. Sources tell KSR+ that the Arkansas visit is expected to be rescheduled. Diane is also visiting Houston from Oct. 9-11.

Kentucky head coach Mark Pope visited with Diane on Wednesday evening. Diane earned an offer from Kentucky in mid-July after a solid performance with Iowa United on the Adidas 3SSB Circuit. Diane will be coached in high school by Mark Pope‘s brother-in-law, Damon Archibald, at Iowa United Prep this fall.

Arafan Diane’s Game

Iowa United (Iowa) Prep four-star center Arafan Diane is the nation’s No. 18 overall prospect according to the Rivals Industry Ranking, an equally weighted average that utilizes all three major recruiting services. Rivals ranks Diane as the No. 1 center and the No. 9 overall prospect in the 2026 class.

Diane averaged a double-double across five games played at the 3SSB Championships over the summer: 21.6 points, 13 rebounds, 3.2 assists, and 1.8 blocks per outing.
