Kentucky begins its final weekend series today at Mississippi State, and the SEC Title is on the line. For you baseball fans (and I know you’re out there) check out this behind-the-scenes look at the program, shot by the NCAA.com crew who were in town before the Florida series earlier this month. It gives great insight to how a team that finished 11th in the SEC a season ago has turned it around, and looks poised to make a run for Omaha.
I like this quote by sophomore pitcher Corey Littrell, “Some people say that we’re dirt bags and that they don’t like us, but that’s just who we are.”
