2 — Games LSU has not scored at least 80 points this season. The Tigers have a 10-3 record.

3 — Times John Calipari has lost to LSU in 15 games. Three is also the number of games Kentucky has lost consecutively.

3.5 — The grade KenPom gives Kentucky in minutes continuity, a new stat that quantifies how a roster plays together with one another (it’s much better explained here). UK ranks last in the nation in this stat.

6 — Where LSU ranks in adjusted offensive efficiency.

6.3 — Blocks per game by Kentucky, the second-most in the country.

8 — Times Kentucky has committed 16 or more turnovers in a game. The Wildcats have lost seven of those eight games, only winning in double overtime at Mississippi State after turning it over 18 times.

9 — Made 3-pointers by Kentucky in the last three games on 48 attempts. Yes, UK has shot just over 18% from three over the last three games. Not good!

12 — Where LSU ranks nationally in steal percentage. That’s not exactly ideal for a Kentucky team that loves to turn the ball over.

15.8 — Isaiah Jackson’s block percentage is the highest in the country. That means that more than 15% of the 2-points shots an opponent takes while Jackson is on the court are blocked by the freshman from Michigan. Nuts.

22 — Points per game by LSU’s Cameron Thomas. The 6-foot-4 true freshman guard is the SEC’s leading scorer. His teammate, sophomore forward Trendon Watford, is third in the SEC in scoring with 18.1 points per game.

30 — Points LSU lost by on Tuesday when they played Alabama

46.9 — Three-point shooting percentage by Dontaie Allen in SEC play.

48 — Percent chance Kentucky will win, according to KenPom. Pomeroy’s numbers call for a 73-72 LSU win. ESPN’s BPI gives UK only a 37.7% chance at victory.

59.2 — Percent of Kentucky’s points come from 2-pointers, which ranks 15th nationally.
