Cats Beat Up on Eastern 50-10

998-0901uk-firsthalfembeddedprod_affiliate79.jpeg It was an exciting day in Commonwealth Stadium as the Cats took care of business against our neighbors from the South (not East as the Lexington Herald suggested) 50-10. There is a lot to comment on about the game and we will do so tomorrow, including strong performances by the first team offense, signs of improvement from the defense and a pulse from the folks playing the music between plays. But it is late, so we will head to sleep with a smile, in part because of the Cats and in part because of just how great it was to watch Appalachian State (located in gorgeous Boone, NC.....one of my favorite towns) win at Michigan. Until tomorrow.....
