Cats in the NFL: Week 7 Preview

by:Brent Wainscott10/25/20
We all want 2020 to end, but can the NFL season just slow down for a little bit? Week 7 got underway on Thursday in the city of brotherly love as the Giants took a slight 22-21 loss to the Eagles, officially figuring out which team is the best of worst. For the Cats, we've got two primetime games featuring Kentucky guys, one on Sunday night, and the other on Monday. Plus, we've got some interesting matchups including a showdown of undefeated teams in the AFC. First and foremost, keep an eye on that Houston-Green Bay game. It will be interesting to see how the Packers respond from their dismantling at the hands of the Buccaneers when they take on the one-win Texans. It should be a big game for Za'Darius Smith against a horrid Houston offensive-line, and Lonnie Johnson might get some looks against an Aaron Rodgers deep ball too. The biggest game on the card is Steelers-Titans, fighting to see who can remain undefeated and consequently the second-best team behind the Chiefs in the AFC. Can Bud Dupree continue his dominance against one of the most balanced offenses in the league right now? Will Benny Snell receive some snaps? Finally, we'll see if Josh Allen can get healthy against the Chargers, and we'll see if the Bears are pretenders or contenders on Monday Night. Check back on Tuesday for the Week 7 review.
