As a precursor to their post-championship visit this summer,
President Obama will thank Coach Cal and the UK basketball team today for their efforts in raising money for Hatian relief. The White House will host a conference call this afternoon and the Cats, currently in South Carolina, will be brought on at 1:30 and thanked for helping to raise over $1 million for earthquake victims. A great honor for the Kentucky basketball team and Calipari for their tremendous work in supporting the Haiti cause.
I'm sure Coach Cal will have to issue an apology to his Facebook followers by 2:15.
