Could Terrence Jones Have Already Given a Verbal?

We are now T minus 30 hours from the next recruiting announcement that will shake the KSR server and (potentially) cause the necessity of a Live Blog. Larry Vaught has reported that a UK source says Jones is going to be a Cat and that the verbal has either already happened or will in the next 24 hours. If he says UK believes they will get a verbal, I believe that is what UK believes. Whether or not it happens remains to be seen. What is clear is that the Jones decision will have a huge impact on 2010.
