Cowgill batted lead-off for the Angels and collected his first multi-hit game and his first home run of the season.  The home run came with one out and a runner on in the fifth inning off Rangers' starter Ross Detwiler. Cowgill's home run traveled 427 feet over the head of the Rangers' centerfielder. A sixth inning single gave Cowgill two hits on the night, leading the Angels to a 6-3 win.  @TreyHuntsmanKSR
