Quarterback recruiting is done very early in college football. As we all wait out the decision from Arch Manning on a national level, most college coaching staffs have moved onto the 2024 class as they evaluate prospects. In special cases, work is being done in the class of 2025.

Cutter Boley is a rising sophomore who is on Kentucky’s recruiting board. However, the 6-foot-5 quarterback is now showing up on multiple recruiting boards in the SEC.

The 2025 prospect who just recently announced a transfer to Lexington (Ky.) Christian Academy was a participant at the Ferris State Mega Camp where tons of college coaching staffs were present to take a look at some of the best talent in the midwest. That camp performance was a big one for Boley as both Missouri and Tennessee issued offers following the event.

However, that wasn’t the only news to come out of the camp in Michigan. Per 247 Sports, Cutter Boley visited Notre Dame on Sunday and is speaking with Clemson on a weekly basis. Also, Michigan is firmly involved in this recruitment. The in-state prospect is currently trying to schedule camp visits for June as the prospect attempts to build a relationships with college programs.

KSR has spoken with the rising prospect and confirmed that Boley will be on Kentucky’s campus on Tuesday for a one-day camp the Wildcats are hosting. This will be an important step as the program looks to strengthen the relationship with the popular prospect.

Boley has previously received an offer from Ole Miss and Lane Kiffin with the Rebels jumping into this recruitment early. At the rate this recruitment is trending, there will be a blue-chip quarterback available in Kentucky’s backyard in the class of 2025. We are very early in the recruiting process, but these are the types of recruitments the Wildcats have to win to continue their rise up the SEC ladder.

Expect Cutter Boley to become a prominent name in recruiting circles as Kentucky could make the in-state prospect a priority recruit sooner rather than later.
