deaaron Malik Monk's dunk was all the talk after the game, and for good reason. De'Aaron Fox said, "Oh my -- even the ones he missed look crazy. It's ridiculous. I've known him for years, I've seen what he can do. It's crazy now the world's seeing it, Big Blue Nation's seeing it, even some of the guys on the team didn't expect him to be that athletic. But I've known him since we were 15 and he's been doing that, so it doesn't surprise me." When Monk was asked about the slam, he said he was surprised he was given the lane to do it. He said it was a play called "loop" that he and Fox run a lot, but he's "not usually that open." His dunks aren't usually followed by 16,000 people screaming, either. "It was crazy," Monk said of the reaction. "Everyone got loud and looked up on the replay screen. It was crazy." Let's watch it again.
