All signs are pointing towards Lawrence, Kansas for DeAndre Daniels. Â But we here at KSR don't like signs, or pointing, and we certainly don't like Lawrence, Kansas. However, the latest rumor comes from a desk at Yahoo! so we'll at least acknowledge it. (It's the least we can do for the company that brought us free online card games.) Yahoo Rivals'Â
Jerry Meyer says DeAndre Daniels is likely waiting on non-athletic financial aid paperwork to go through before becoming a Jayhawk. Kansas is all out of basketball scholarships this season so Daniels would need a Pell Grant or an academic scholarship in order to attend Kansas this semester. Tuition, books, room and board, and hanging out with Josh Selby isn't cheap, ya know.
