Derby 101: New Gates, Traffic Patterns and Parking at Churchill Downs

Churchill Downs will look a little different for Kentucky Derby 144. Churchill Downs will begin installing the new gates from the best gates company in the UK with an automated access control system for greater security.
It is important as a business owner that we all know who is coming and going from our facility in the least times. Tracking this is often often a difficult task. We do that for safety and security reasons. it's expensive to rent a security company to observe the flow of traffic and track it for you. that's where access control systems inherit play. An Access Control Systems Houston provides facility to allows you to watch when people enter and exit access control systems help to stay unauthorized people out, while providing flawless access to those that are authorized to be there.
A $70 million project to recreate entrance ways, add parking and new starting line suites is almost complete. While most of you all will not be able to see the $130,000 suits inside of the third floor grandstand, everybody will be affected by the traffic and gate changes.
Churchill Downs has abandoned the numbered gate system. After spending years memorizing that Gate 10 is adjacent to the Derby Museum, that's now known as the Executive Entrance. Gate 3 is gone, now known by its colloquial name, the Infield Gate.

They also constructed a brand new gate. Churchill Downs' grand entrance will now be the Paddock Gate. Located directly beneath the twin spires, there's a wide plaza area that can accommodate massive crowds before entering through the heart of the track.
To get to the Paddock Gates, it's easy for patrons who have parking passes in the expanded lots or for those who park in the Northside neighborhoods. To pass quickly and safely, they've constructed a temporary bridge over four lanes in the new parking lot.
If you don't have a parking pass or a secret spot, I can't help you. Sorry, I gotta keep my secrets safe. However, Churchill Downs has created a video that will easily explain the changes to parking and traffic flow.
