ETSU to be without best player
Bringing last year's fifth-seeded Atlantic Sun team into Rupp Arena is already like taking a hug to a gun fight, but the task is goin to be much tougher for the East Tennessee State University Buccaneers as leading scorer and rebounder Tommy Hubbard will not play (per Tom Leach). The school says it's due to a knee surgery but, given the latest NCAA storm circling, it's safe to assume that Hubbard's most prominent client, Pete Thamel, finally turned on him and outed him to the NCAA. Jerk.
