Happy birthday, Mitch Barnhart!
KSR would like to wish Mitch Barnhart a very happy birthday. It’s hard to believe it’s been 12 years since Mitch took over for Larry Ivy as athletic director in 2002. Under his tutelage, the athletic department is riding high, coming off a record-breaking 11th place finish in the Directors’ Cup. There have been some bumps during Mitch’s tenure, but you can’t deny that things are looking pretty good for UK sports these days.
Mitch has even loosened up over the past few years, as you can see in this video with Dakari Johnson from the 2014 ESPYS.
Dance like no one’s watching, Mitch. You deserve it.
