Kentucky men’s basketball didn’t have much issue taking down the Duquesne Dukes on Friday night, but it certainly wasn’t a perfect display of basketball.

Regardless, the 2-0 ‘Cats came away with a 77-52 victory on Friday night in Rupp Arena. Sahvir Wheeler made his return to the rotation after missing the season opener due to a knee injury. The star point guard finished with a near triple-double of 11 points, 11 rebounds, and six assists in 27 minutes off the pine. Antonio Reeves and CJ Fredrick were on fire once again, combining to shoot 8-13 from the 3-point line. Reigning national player of the year Oscar Tshiebwe was sidelined for the second straight game with a knee injury.
