The University of Kentucky is offering discounted tickets to the Mississippi State game to the people who helped Kash Daniel become the Cats' defensive captain.
Tomorrow from 4:00-7:00 UK Athletics' officials will be in the Wal-Mart lower parking lot on 470 N Mayo Trail in Paintsville. The tickets are just $10 (cash only) with a limit on 20 per person while supplies last.
Daniel thanked the University of Kentucky for giving the people from his hometown a chance to watch him play at Kroger Field against a Top 25 team.
“It was good that the University of Kentucky was good enough to go back to my hometown and was able to do this for those people, because I know a lot of people want to come watch us play, especially watch me play," the junior middle linebacker said after Wednesday's practice.
“For them to reduce the price a pretty hefty amount for them is really awfully nice and I can’t thank them enough. I really hope that a lot of people turn out to buy those tickets and come watch us play Saturday.”
