It's not the school, it's the education

On Wednesday, the NCAA added sixteen nontraditional high schools to a list of those whose transcripts would no longer be accepted due to questionable academic credentials. While we still wait for the NCAA's decision on such juggernauts as Educational Consultants in Midlothian, VA; God's Academy in Grand Prairie, TX; and New Life Academy in Salt Lake City, UT, for the sake of argument it might be helpful to take a look at some of the great players whose transcripts have included "overlooked" credentials from iffy schools in the past: Robert Parrish -- Central Illinois Culinary Arts (CICA) Bill Lambier -- St. Croix Institute of Therapeutic Massage John Stockton -- Commercial Driving Academy of Puerto Rico Danny Manning -- Western Nevada Drive-Thru Christian Bill Walton -- Friendly's Restaurants Regional Training Program Karl Malone -- Rabbinical School System of Southern Minnesota Dennis Rodman -- Long Island Cosmetology (summer session) Allen Iverson -- Redondo Beach Homeschooling for the Visually Impaired
