Jarred Vanderbilt leads the Summer League in Rebounds
There isn’t a better rebounder in the Las Vegas NBA Summer League than Jarred Vanderbilt.
Finally completely recovered from a lingering foot injury, Vanderbilt has been tearing up the league with the Denver Nuggets. Last night the former Wildcat made 8-of-15 shots to score 20 points. He made it a double-double by grabbing 17 rebounds. Vanderbilt also dished out 3 assists and stole 3 passes.
After Vando’s crazy night, he now averages a Summer League-high 12 rebounds per game through three contests. He’s also shooting 54% to score 12 points a game. Raise your hand if you saw this coming.
