John Young says he'll Enroll Early
One of the Commonwealth’s best football players already plans to put on the Kentucky blue and white next spring.
Four-star offensive tackle John Young tells Justin Rowland he plans on enrolling at the University of Kentucky following the fall semester. Young will get a head start on the competition by enrolling early.
Ranked as the No. 24 offensive tackle by Rivals, the Christian Academy of Louisville star is one of UK’s top recruiters in the 2020 class. He’ll bring his best pitch to UK’s Friday Night Lights Camp this weekend when more than a 100 uncommitted recruits flock to Kroger Field.
Enrolling early is a new college football trend that isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. Once typically reserved for a handful of recruits, in 2019 ten in UK’s 22-man signing class enrolled ahead of the spring semester.
