Talia von Oelhoffen was named All-Pac-12 at Oregon State this past season. Now in the transfer portal with one year of eligibility remaining, she’s considering Kenny Brooks and the Kentucky Wildcats.

Von Oelhoffen, who went into the portal on April 2, creatively announced her four finalists on Friday, which included Louisville, Colorado, Southern California, and Kentucky. The 5-foot-11 guard posted a graphic of her top four with the popular video game Fortnite as the theme and a caption that read “where we droppin?”.

Von Oelhoffen’s social media game is clearly top-notch, but her on-court game is even better. During the 2023-24 season, she averaged 10.7 points, five assists 4.1 rebounds, and one steal in 27 minutes per outing while starting all 35 games she appeared in, helping lead Oregon State to the Elite 8 before falling to eventual champion South Carolina.

Von Oelhoffen has spent all four years of her college career at Oregon State. She played in just 13 games during the COVID-impacted 2020-21 season, but still managed 11.3 points, 3.8 rebounds, and three assists per contest on her way to a Pac-12 All-Freshman Honorable Mention.

The Washington native then made All-Pac-12 the following season in 2021-22, putting up per-game averages of 13.7 points, 3.9 rebounds, and three assists in 27.5 minutes while starting all 31 games.

A nagging injury hindered her performance in 2022-23, but Von Oelhoffen was still named All-Pac-12 Honorable Mention after averaging 13.2 points, five rebounds, 3.3 assists, and 1.2 steals in 30.5 minutes per game. She started 24 of the 26 games she played in and even dropped a career-high 41 points against Nevada in the Maui Classic.

Throughout her four-year stint with the Beavers, Von Oelhoffen averaged 12.3 points, 4.1 rebounds, 3.8 assists, and one steal in 27.7 minutes per outing. She started 90 of the 105 games she appeared in with shooting splits of 39.1/33.9/86.9.

Hopefully, Von Oelhoffen will be droppin in Lexington soon as the 10th piece of head coach Kenny Brooks’ debut roster this coming season.
