As expected, Kentucky took quite a tumble in the new AP Poll. After losses to then-unranked Michigan State and No. 2 Gonzaga and a win over SC State, the Cats fell eleven spots to No. 15. Gonzaga, which lost to Texas last week, is now No. 6 and Michigan State is No. 12.

North Carolina remains the No. 1 team in the land, followed by Houston, Kansas, Texas, and Virginia. Arkansas is the highest-ranked SEC team at No. 9. Auburn is No. 13, Kentucky No. 15, Alabama No. 18, and Tennessee No. 22. Michigan, Kentucky’s opponent in London, fell out of the Top 25, while UCLA dropped 11 spots to No. 19.
