The transfer contact keeps rolling in for Kentucky basketball. Next up, Dayton transfer Koby Brea.

Brea, a 6-foot-5, 175-pound combo guard told KSR+ that Kentucky head coach Mark Pope reached out on Tuesday evening. Brea averaged 11.1 points and 3.8 rebounds in 33 games as a junior during the 2023-24 season.

He started four games and averaged 29.1 minutes per contest. Brea has also heard from Kansas, UConn, Duke, Indiana, Arkansas, Louisville, Oregon, Penn State, Mississippi State, Miami, Illinois, Texas Tech, Arizona, Texas A&M, Xavier, St. John’s, and Virginia Tech, among others, per On3’s Jamie Shaw.

Kentucky has been busy in the portal on Tuesday. Pope has contacted Stanford transfer guard Andrej Stojakovic and Oklahoma transfer guard Otega Oweh.

Brea is one of the nation’s top three-point shooters, shooting 49.8 percent from deep during the 2023-24 season. He went 100-for-201 from the three-point line.
