The folks in Las Vegas aren’t picking Kentucky to reach nine regular-season wins this season, at least not right now.

According to Circa Sports, the Wildcats (8-3) have opened up as a two-point underdog for next weekend’s rivalry matchup against the Louisville Cardinals (6-5). The over/under has been set at 56.5.

Kentucky is 7-4 against the spread this year while Louisville is 6-5, matching its season record. UK was a 35.5-point favorite to beat New Mexico State this past Saturday, winning by 40.

If you ask ESPN’s Matchup Predictor, it gives Kentucky just a 39.5 percent chance to beat the Cardinals and take home the Governor’s Cup trophy. Louisville is coming off two blowout wins over intraconference opponents Syracuse and Duke. The Cards beat those two by a combined score of 103-25. At the same time, Kentucky is also riding a two-game win streak, winning its last outings by a total of 90-33.

Happy betting, folks.
