William Hill Race & Sports Books has released its odds to win the 2013 NCAA national championship and your University of Kentucky Wildcats are the second favorite to win it all. The Cats are 7-to-1 to repeat, just behind Indiana at 6-to-1 and ahead of Louisville at 8-to-1. Everyone else is lumped up behind those three schools.
