WATCH: Kentucky Track star rocks national anthem at Rupp Arena
Kentucky Track has a new star and man, can she sing.
Chloe Abbott recently transferred to Kentucky from Purdue, where she was a three-time First Team All-American. Her speciality is the 400m dash (fastest time 51.5 seconds), but last night, she showed off her voice to the Rupp Arena crowd, singing the national anthem prior to the Kentucky vs. Texas A&M game. Bradley McKee caught up with Chloe, a performing arts major, before and after the big moment:
We’ve had our share of @KentuckyTrack stars, but NEVER one who could sing like this.
