Uniform Watch: Kentucky will rock popular uniform combination against Florida

Kentucky will play its final SEC home game at Kroger Field at Saturday night under the lights. The Cats will be playing an SEC team that they have had much success against in recent years. UK will be wearing the same uniform combination they’ve rocked in the most recent home games against Florida.
It will be a blue-blue-blue night in Lexington.
UK wore all blue when the Cats defeated Florida 33-14 in 2023. Ray Davis ran wild for 280 yards in the last home SEC win at Kroger Field. The Cats wore the same uniform combination in a 20-13 win against the Gators in 2021 when the program snapped a very long home losing streak to Steve Spurrier’s old program. This was also the same uniform combination when Florida rolled into town back in 2019.

The Cats are sticking with what has worked best against the Gators. UK is finally getting Florida to come north for a game in November and the plan is to record a third consecutive home victory over the team from Gainesville.
