the point after randall cobb Randall Cobb's 24-yard touchdown reception from Mike Hartline was more than just the play that ended Spurrier's undefeated streak against Kentucky.  The TD catch moved Randall Cobb past Craig Yeast for the most touchdowns in Kentucky football history.  Cobb has found the endzone 33 times for the Cats and nearly every one of them seems like it came at a pivotal moment in a close game.  Whether it's the go ahead touchdown in the '08 comeback over Arkansas or just WildCobbin' all over Little Brother, Randall Cobb has scored a whole lot of TDs for Kentucky and he doesn't appear to be slowing down anytime soon.  It's nearly impossible for Cobb to break the NCAA record of 73 touchdowns set by Miami OH's Travis Prentice (of duPont Manual) but it's not too crazy to think he could reach 50+ before his time is up in Lexington. Let's take a look back at the making of The Legend of Cobb: Freshman Season (2 Receiving TDs, 7 Rushing TDs) (1.) 18-yard run vs. Norfolk St. (9/6/08) (2.) 1-yard run vs. Norfolk St. (9/6/08) (3.) 32-yard reception vs. Arkansas (10/18/08) (4.) 21-yard reception vs. Arkansas (10/18/08) - Cobb wears #12 in UK's comeback win (5.) 5-yard run @ Mississippi State (11/1/o8) (6.) 2-yard run vs. Georgia (11/8/08) (7.) 9-yard run vs. Georgia (11/8/08) (8.) 1-yard run vs. Georgia (11/8/08) (9.) 10-yard run vs. Vanderbilt (11/8/08) Sophomore Season (4 Receiving TDs, 10 Rushing TDs, 1 Punt Return TD) (10.) 27-yard reception @ Miami OH (9/5/09) (11.) 11-yard run @ Miami OH (9/5/09) (12.) 12-yard reception vs. Louisville (9/19/09) - The go ahead touchdown with 4:28 left (13.) 45-yard reception vs. Alabama (10/3/09) (14.) 7-yard reception @ South Carolina (10/10/09) (15.) 2-yard run @ South Carolina (10/10/09) (16.) 4-yard run @ Auburn (10/17/09) - The go ahead touchdown with 3:17 left (17.) 73-yard punt return vs. Louisiana-Monroe (10/24/09) (18.) 11-yard run vs. Louisiana-Monroe (10/24/09) (19.) 3-yard run vs. Mississippi State (10/31/09) (20.) 21-yard run @ Vanderbilt (11/14/09) (21.) 3-yard run @ Vanderbilt (11/14/09) (22.) 12-yard run @ Georgia (11/21/09) (23.) 2-yard run @ Georgia (11/21/09) (24.) 17-yard run vs. Tennessee (11/28/09) Junior Season (5 Receiving TDs, 3 Rushing TDs, 1 Punt Return TD) (25.) 51-yard run @ Louisville (9/4/10) (26.) 50-yard punt return vs. Western Kentucky (9/11/10) (27.) 35-yard reception vs. Western Kentucky (9/11/10) (28.) 13-yard reception vs. Akron (9/18/10) (29.) 15-yard reception @ Ole Miss (10/2/10) (30.) 2-yard run vs. Auburn (10/9/10) (31.) 16-yard reception vs. Auburn (10/9/10) (32.) 1-yard run vs. Auburn (10/9/10) (33.) 24-yard reception vs. South Carolina (10/16/10) - "Randall Got Loose" (34.) Coming soon... Congratulations on the record, Randall. I can't imagine where the program would be right now without you. Go Cats.
