KSR Rapid Reaction: Jayden Quaintance commits to KENTUCKY

Nearly a full year after decommitting from Kentucky, Jayden Quaintance is finally coming home to the Bluegrass.
Ranked as the third-best player to enter the transfer portal this offseason, Quaintance is a massive addition to Mark Pope‘s second roster as head coach of the Wildcats. Still only 17 years old, the 6-foot-10 forward comes to Lexington after spending his freshman season at Arizona State where he averaged 9.4 points, 7.9 rebounds, 2.6 blocks, 1.5 assists, and 1.1 steals in 29.5 minutes per outing. Quaintance will first have to fully recover from ACL surgery he underwent in March, but there is endless potential inside the former five-star recruit.
