  As the game clock leaked toward all zeros last night with Kentucky's lead bouncing between a perilous one and three points, 24 thousand rednecks in orange and white checkerboard patterns screaming themselves hoarse, and Kentucky's NCAA hopes very much on the line, Tubby Smith coolly rotated little-used Brandon Stockton and Rekalin Sims, as well as slumping Ravi Moss into the lineup.  His willingness to do this at that moment, while sitting squarely on the perpetual UK head coach hot seat, reminded me of a quote I once heard by the late Chick Hearn when describing James Worthy.  "That man has big steel ones.  Big, big steel ones."  Seriously, Tubby has always coached with feel.  If Kentucky makes a miracle run into the final four, and Tubby has a feeling that Adam Williams is due for a big game, he will put him in.  This is, at times, frustrating to Kentucky fans, including yours truly, but last night, the man of steel had the magic working.
