Miller speaks on NBA Draft

by:David Jackson06/16/12
After Darius Miller's stellar career at UK, he's now ready for the next step. He's preparing for the draft and trying to improve his stock by working out for numerous teams. Getting drafted is an unforgettable moment in any basketball player's career. But is getting drafted more special than winning an NCAA Title? Darius still hasn't made up his mind yet on that one.
"I don't  know," Miller said. "I don't know. That's tough. "I haven't thought about it. It was a different time period. Now I'm worried about getting drafted.  Then I was worried about national championships. It was at different points in my life. I never really thought about which would be more important or anything like that."
(h/t Rick Bozich)   Many think that if Miller can convince one NBA team to take him in the first round that UK will have six players go in the first round total, a new record. He just worked out with the Indiana Pacers this week. The Pacers have the 26th pick in the draft, which takes place on June 28th.
