NBA team in Lousiville? "It looks very good."

by:Thomas Beisner02/11/11
kentucky-kings The Courier-Journal is reporting that J. Bruce Miller, the attorney hired by the city of Louisville to potentially bring an NBA team to the city, met with NBA comissioner David Stern yesterday in New York.  After the meeting, Miller said "I think it looks very good" and told the paper that he's in talks with a group of foreign investors, who would pay to renovate Freedom Hall.  Yes, you read that right.  An NBA team in Louisville would not play at the Yum! Center.  It would play at a renovated and updated Freedom Hall, which you would have to assume would add a lot of spice to the Rupp Arena debate. via Courier-Journal
