According to a website called Uni-Watch, Kentucky could be getting new uniforms tomorrow from the fine people at Nike. And that's as much as we know. On the Uni-Watch News Ticker today, the site gave us a one sentence report on a possible new line of jerseys in college basketball:
"Nike will unveil new men’s and women’s basketball uniforms – all of them sweatbacks, I think – for Arizona, Baylor, Connecticut, Duke, Florida, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Syracuse tomorrow morning."
So you know, a "sweatback" is the jersey UK is wearing now with the subliminal watermark on the back. I don't know if that will change from the one Kentucky wears now or if Nike will debut a new look for the Cats. I don't even know if they'll be getting new jerseys at all. Hell, I thought Uni-Watch was a website tracking Anthony Davis's stats this season.
A new look is always fun, though.
