Jordan Dingle, a tight end out of Bowling Green, Kentucky, has officially received his offer from Ohio State. He shared the news on twitter Saturday, along with a collection of other official offers. https://twitter.com/jordandingle21/status/1289706635678511106 https://twitter.com/jordandingle21/status/1289708296132149249 In addition to the Cats and the Buckeyes, Dingle tweeted official offers from Georgia Tech, University of Pittsburgh, Virginia Tech, Purdue, Vandy, and Eastern Kentucky. He also holds offers from Western Kentucky, Louisville, Cincinnati, South Carolina, Arkansas, Missouri, West Virginia, Maryland, Appalachian State and Boston College, among others. His brother, Justice, signed with Georgia Tech as part of the 2018 class. Dingle has been a long-time target for the Cats' 2021 class and has visited campus multiple times. On July 25, KSR's Nick Roush wrote "Folks around the program like where they stand with Dingle, even though a slew of Big Ten schools — including Ohio State — are hot on the trail." Dingle's final campus visit before COVID-19 paused in-person recruiting was with the Buckeyes on an unofficial visit to Columbus, Ohio on March 19. Dingle is the No. 18 tight end in the nation and the No. 4 player in the commonwealth, according to 247Sports composite rankings. Only one expert - Josh Edwards - has memorialized his prediction on the 247Sports website, with a crystal ball pick for the Wildcats. 247Sports gave him three stars, while Rivals tabs him as a four-star recruit. Kentucky was one of the first programs to offer Dingle a spot on their team - the Cats extended an offer on January 24, 2019. Check out his junior year highlights here:
