Oscar Tshiebwe sets decision date

The end of Oscar Tshiebwe’s recruitment is in sight. The five-star big man just posted on his Instagram account that he will announce his college decision on October 21.
Tshiebwe is coming off his official visit to West Virginia and the Mountaineers are the heavy favorite in his 247 Sports Crystal Ball, accounting for 90% of the predictions, including that of Evan Daniels; however, Tshiebwe’s coach told TJ Walker yesterday that there is no leader right now. Coaches are expected to come in for final pitches this week.
West Virginia’s been recruiting the Congo native the longest, but Kentucky would provide the best path to the NBA. Who will win: the heart or the head?
