Promotional Considerations for Kentucky Sports Radio Paid for by NEED-TO-KNOW WEDNESDAY!

by:C.M. Tomlin05/02/07
Friends, If you visit this site or listen to the radio show with any regularity, you've undoubtedly noticed that the entire operation is fluid, graceful, and without error. Twenty-four hours a day. Seven days a week. It's not easy, and it's not free. After all, something's gotta pay for Matt's haircuts, the Intern's days at the track, and Hubby's pricey predilection toward "Precious Moments" figurines. Why, I myself refuse to write a sentence for this site before I've been hand-prepared a plush work station which includes grain-fed veal, forty orchids and a looped Betamax tape of Super Bowl XXI. So we have to start selling airtime. We have to decrease this cost somehow. And where do the cutbacks come in, friends? Right here on Need-to-Know Wednesday. And yes, I'm just as upset about that as you. I apologize, then, that today's piece has been foregone by management so that we can instead give our many sponsors the valued airtime they're demanding. But please consider visiting the businesses you see here. It means a lot that we are able to keep this site up and running, and it's only by the promotional provisions these sponsors provide that we are able to do so. That is all.
