Spend UK's Bye Week Saturday with a Great Cause and a UK Football MVP

Hello, friends. You guys probably all remember our friend Luke Klausing, the 11 year-old football phenom who famously signed his letter of intent to become a Kentucky Wildcat in August. Luke’s one of us. He’s also is one of the more than 30,000 people in the US living with Cystic Fibrosis, a congenital disease which focuses on the lungs and digestive system. He also, on the day of his signing, guaranteed a win against Florida. Which, as we all know, turned out great for everyone.

Cure CF, a non-profit organization founded in 2015 to raise funds for Cystic Fibrosis research in search of an eventual cure, has raised over $1,000,000 in less than four years — sending funds to support national research as well as a pledge of $300,000 to Louisville’s Norton Children’s Hospital to help Kentuckiana’s children living with CF, asthma and other respiratory diseases. And they need your help this Saturday night. Don’t worry, it’s gonna be a lot of fun.

There’s no game this Saturday night, but there is a great opportunity to support Cystic Fibrosis research: Cure CF’s CRAFT Festival, a single night at Louisville’s 2nd Street Bridge Streetscape featuring craft beer, pizza, food, art, music and more.

Tickets can be purchased by clicking here, or donations to Cure CF can be made here. It’s a great night out for an even better cause. Plus you get to party with a very special Kentucky Football player. It’s a great Bye Week night out.
