Tandy to decide on Signing Day and Duke goes down

Rivals reported today that three-star athlete Bubba Tandy, a native of Hopkinsville (not Georgia), will make his announcement on Signing Day, adding another name to a growing list of potential big gets for the Cats.  Tandy, who visited this weekend, is being told that the UK staff sees him playing the Randall Cobb role as a do-everything type of offensive weapon.  If he decides that he's up to the task of filling those massive shoes - and there's a growing feeling that he does - he'll be choosing the blue and white hat Wednesday. You can watch him do work. Or just dance to the music. Your call   In completely unrelated news, St. John's absolutley thrashed Duke on national television today, 93-78.  The Blue Devils played the worst game I can remember seeing from them in years and Steve Lavin's kids pounced all over them.  In the big scheme of things, it doesn't mean much for the Cats.  But it's always nice to see Duke go down.  And just remember that every time Steve Lavin wins, we're that much closer to someone hiring Jimmy Dykes away from ESPN.  Yes, we're all Johnnies.
