Team USA will face Germany on Friday

Sadly, Tai Wynyard vs. John Calipari and Team USA just wasn’t meant to be. New Zealand lost to Germany in the Round of 16 today at the FIBA World Cup, meaning the Germans will advance to face the Americans in Friday’s quarterfinal matchup. Loss aside, it was a good day for Tai Wynyard, who had 14 points, 9 rebounds, and 2 steals. Here are all of his stats in the FIBA World Cup thus far:
