Terrence Jones opens up about his nerve injury

by: Mrs. Tyler Thompson01/21/15@MrsTylerKSR
terrence-cal Terrence Jones has been sidelined since early November with a nerve issue in his left leg, and finally got back on the court this week for a full workout. The real T. Jones opened up to the Houston Chronicle about the injury, which left him without feeling in his leg for two weeks:
“In the beginning it was very scary, not being able to move my leg for a solid two weeks and having no ankle mobility, toe mobility and not knowing when it could be back was very difficult for me and my family,” Jones said.
This is Jones' first major injury, and because nerve injuries are tricky and there is no real timetable for recovery, he admitted he wondered if he'd play basketball again at the professional level. “Especially when it first happened,” Jones said. “They were running so many tests and I was sitting in that hospital for days. It was very difficult.” No date has been set for Terrence's return to game action, but for now, let's just be thankful he's back at practice. [Houston Chronicle]
