SEC blogger Chris Low over at
ESPN.com projects Kentucky playing against a MAC team in the Little Caesars Bowl. That's right, the Little Caesars Bowl. The Hot 'N Ready game is to be played on the day after you exchange gifts with your loved ones, December 26th, in Detroit.
I honestly can't think of a worse destination than Detroit. I would rather take a Greyhound bus to Oaxaca, Mexico to watch Kentucky play Acapulco State in the Mysteriously Delicious White Cheese Dip Bowl than go to Detroit for a matchup with a MAC team.
Low is assuming Kentucky will lose to Tennessee this weekend as he has the Volunteers playing in the Music City Bowl. If this Saturday's game decides who goes to Nashville and who goes to "The Big D," Kentucky needs this win more than ever. Forget the 25 year streak. I'm just trying to not get murdered outside Ford Field on the day after Christmas.
On the other hand, spice packs and crazy bread would make pretty good swag for the players.
