Screen Shot 2015-04-09 at 2.37.19 PM Four of the seven departing players took to Twitter after the press conference today to say goodbye and thank you in their own words. Below you'll see posts from Dakari Johnson, Devin Booker, Aaron Harrison and Trey Lyles:   Dakari Johnson: "I would like to thank Coach Calipari and staff, the University of Kentucky, my family, and BBN for all of your support the last two years, 2 Final Fours What an experience! My dream was always to be a professional basketball player in the NBA. The opportunity is available. I have learned from some of the best to coach the game, and some who are playing currently. I've been playing this game since the age of 8 years old. I'm confident in my abilities and know that nothing will be handed to me. I've always been a hard worker and will continue to grow into my own. Thanks again for all your blessings, encouragement, and support." Devin Booker"BBN, it's been a privilege to put on the UK jersey for you this season. You have made me one of your own and I'll never forget my time here. To my brothers and coaches, no one can ever take away what we accomplished this year. Though things didn't end like we wanted, we made history. I feel like it's time for me to take that next step, but know I'll treasure my time here forever. #BBN, you're the best. #Reload" Aaron Harrison: "BBN for life." (with link to the Harrisons' tribute video) Trey Lyles: "First off I want to thank God for allowing me to have the opportunity to play the game of basketball. Secondly I want to thank Coach Calipari, Coach Robic, Coach Slice, Coach Rock, Coach Rob and Coach Barbee for their support throughout the year and their continuous challenges that they presented me with, that ultimately helped me become a better basketball player as well as a better young man. Next I want to thank each of my teammates for the brotherhood we created on and off of the court, it was a blessing to be a part of such an amazing team with a bunch of selfless guys that only want the best for one another! And last but definitely not least I want to thank the BBN for welcoming me with open arms and supporting me throughout the entire season ups and downs, it was truly an honor and privilege to be able to put Kentucky across my chest. There is no fan base in the world that can compare to that of BBN! I will forever be a Wildcat!
