Shortly after the 7 p.m. first pitch was scheduled to be thrown out, the softball match between the No. 10 Wildcats and Louisville Cardinals was postponed due to poor weather conditions (thunderstorms) up near the Louisville campus, per a press release from UK Athletics. At this time, no make-up game has been scheduled. Kentucky and Louisville are set to meet later in the season on April 21 at John Cropp Stadium in Lexington. https://twitter.com/UKsoftball/status/1379935377151029250 Had the game not been postponed, it set the Big Blue Nation for what could have been back-to-back wins over the Cardinals in consecutive days. The Kentucky Baseball Team went on the road and smacked Louisville 11-7 on Tuesday. The Softball 'Cats were considered heavy favorites coming into Wednesday night. Kentucky will instead take an off-night instead as they gear up for a three-game series at home this weekend against a top 20 ranked Georgia squad.
