That was a close one. The UK Hoops team did their best against #8 Georgia on the road but fell in overtime to a game-winning three point shot by Georgia's Jasmine James.
I noted earlier that this would be a tough road test for the Lady Wildcats, but they stepped up to the challenge, forced overtime, and there is a Lady Bulldog team that feels extremely lucky to be undefeated at this point in the season.
The Wildcats look to rebound against a ranked Vanderbilt team this Sunday at 1:00 at Memorial Coliseum. Come out and support the Cats.
