[caption id="" align="alignnone" width="2000"] Vanderbilt Athletics[/caption] Vanderbilt's most explosive playmaker is expected to be on the Kroger Field sidelines this weekend. Running back Ke'Shawn Vaughn put the Florida Gators on their heels Saturday in Nashville.  He had a 43-yard run and a 75-yard touchdown reception before Vaughn was sidelined with an unspecified injury. A day after Vaughn Tweeted, "See ya Saturday," Vanderbilt head coach Derek Mason told The Tennessean, "By all accounts, he's good." A transfer from Illinois, he led the Fighting Illini in rushing as a true freshman.  This year, his first in Nashville, he's recorded a team-high 495 rushing yards (6.9 yards per carry) and five touchdowns.  He's also caught seven passes for 131 yards. "He is explosive.  He is extremely fast," Mark Stoops said today. "He is just a good player.  He really is. He is really fast and explosive.  I talked to a few people who have played him and they say that as fast as he looks on film, he is faster in person." Vaughn was the catalyst to the Commodores' early lead against Florida.  Once he was sidelined, the Vanderbilt offense struggled to move the ball.  For the Cats to get back to their winning ways, the defense must contain Vanderbilt's greatest big-play threat.
